Products are provided "as is," with no express or implied warranties, except those legally required. We are liable only for delivering goods that conform to the contract. To the extent permitted by law, We exclude all other warranties.

Pricing & Payment Information 

Your order is not considered accepted until the payment is made. We reserve the right to adjust prices and contact You for further instructions or cancel the order if necessary. Payment will be processed through the method used at checkout and confirmed via email.  

Availability of products, services, and prices may be altered at any time without prior notice. We may revise or discontinue any product or service at any time. If We cannot deliver the product on time or at all, You will be notified via email, and the order will be automatically canceled. We are not liable for any damages due to order cancellation or delivery delays. 

Pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, all purchases done through the Website are subject to any kind of charge including but not limited to the Goods and Service Tax (GST) custom charges, or local taxes or duties applicable in the country where the product is being imported as per laws applicable 

Payment 

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, We will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:  

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or 
  • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between 'Bank/s', or 
  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or 
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s 

All payments made against the purchases/services on the Website by You shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. The Website will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on the Website. 

Before shipping / delivering Your order to You, You maybe requested to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by You for Your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to the users of our Website. 

Further, You understand, accept, and agree that the payment facility provided by the Website is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through collection, and remittance facility for the 

transactions on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing a payment facility, the Website is neither acting as a trustee nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the transaction.


Payment Terms for the Buyers

By initiating a transaction on the Website, You enter into a legally binding contract with Us. Any modifications in the transaction must comply with Policies. You must notify delivery/non-delivery through Website features within specified timeframes. Non-notification within the specified period shall be considered deemed delivery. 
 
Refund eligibility exists only for non-delivery within agreed timeframes and must be claimed through website features within stipulated time and as per Our refund and exchange policy. 

Refund shall be processed to original payment source, via electronic transfer in Indian Rupees only, through RBI-approved banking channels. Refunds are subject to the Policies and verification and may require additional documentation. We shall not be responsible for any fluctuations in case of process of refund in any currency, other than Indian Rupees.  

We reserve the right to (a) Impose limits on transaction volumes and amounts, (b) Refuse transactions from users with questionable history, (c) Conduct security checks before transaction approval, (d) Disable transaction for certain users at its discretion, (e) Delay payment confirmation for suspicious transactions and (f) Hold/redirect payments for legal compliance. 

The Website shall not be liable for processing delays beyond its control and certain products/services may have restricted payment facilities. All refunds are conditional and subject to verification. 

Compliance with Laws 

As required by applicable law, if the User makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2,00,000, the User will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Website, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by User will be canceled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the User, it need not be submitted again. The order of the User shall stand canceled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the User and the name on the PAN Card. 

In case of any transaction undertaken from outside India, You shall be solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in Your country, including any laws including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, and foreign exchange regulations. You also agree to ensure that the products purchased comply with the import laws of Your country. You shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of the government of India) applicable to them respectively for using payment facility on the Website or any other services on the Website. 

Your arrangement with the issuing Bank 

All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the User and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company. 

All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which supports Payment Facility to provide these services to the User. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the User and the respective Issuing Bank. 

Risk and Title 

The Products will be at Your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to You when We receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges. 

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions 

If, upon Our request, You provide specific submissions such as contest entries or if You voluntarily send Us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether through the internet, email, postal mail, or any other means (collectively “Comments”), You consent that We can, at any point, without limitation, modify, reproduce, publish, share, translate, and otherwise utilize in any way any Comments You send Us. We have no obligation to (i) keep any Comments confidential; (ii) offer payment for any Comments; or (iii) reply to any Comments. 

We reserve the right, though We are not required, to oversee, modify, or delete content that We, in Our sole discretion, determine to be illegal, offensive, menacing, slanderous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, or that infringes on any party's intellectual property rights or breaches these Terms.

Our obligations under contracts will be suspended during the period of the Force Majeure Event, and We will be granted an extension equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event to fulfill these obligations. We will not be responsible or liable for non-delivery or non-refund during the Force Majeure Event. However, We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill Our obligations or find a solution that enables Us to meet Our contractual obligations despite the Force Majeure Event.
